I am a big champion of Miley Cyrus's outfit choices as I am a big fan of the rock star look, but even I can't defend this. I think crop tops should only show off a little bit of skin, but no whole stomach by pairing it with something high waisted. Okay she has great abs but we don't want to see quite that much.
