I’m a single dad of two teenagers, and today I had two separate hour-long appointments scheduled with Hannah. I ended up arriving ten minutes late — not because I wanted to be, but because sometimes life as a parent is unpredictable. Instead of showing even basic professionalism or understanding, Hannah was immediately rude and dismissive toward me. What made the situation even worse was that, partway through, she began speaking another language in front of me, which felt not only unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. I committed two full hours of my day to these appointments, and I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect that any client deserves. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. UPDATE And of course, the owner’s response is to just make up stories — shocking, none of that happened and I'm appalled that this business would resort to making up stories about people like this. Even down to the appointment time. A quick glance at their review history shows the real trend: they treat customers terribly, then throw a tantrum and blame us for it. Honestly, the only thing more consistent than their bad service is their talent for insulting the people who call them out. That's the real insult here! It's is how they consistently insult their customers to cover up for their horrible service. Instead of taking responsibility, they choose to blame the people they mistreat. It’s honestly embarrassing how often the owner argues with and insults customers right here on Google reviews for everyone to see.

It was my first time visiting A+ Barber. Hannah did an excellent job. She was very meticulous, giving me the cut that I asked for. The barbershop was very neat and clean. Great music playing! Making an online appointment is required. I found the charge for the cut on par, if not better than, other places I researched prior to making my decision. I will definitely be back.

I recently got a haircut at A+ Barber. While the staff was friendly and the shop was clean, I was disappointed with the final result of my haircut. My hair was styled with gel, and it looked good when I left the shop. However, once I washed my hair at home, the style was lost, and the cut looked uneven and goofy. I recommend being cautious if you prefer a style that holds up after washing.
