Absolute Hairdressers

This place was highly recommended to me as both my brother and sister have been going to the Senior stylist Ian for years. In fact they've followed him from salon to salon in Derby so I felt I would be in very safe hands. Never one to do things by half I wasn't just booking in for a haircut with a new hairdresser, but also actually having a radical new look choosing to have a very short cut after having had shoulder length hair for a couple of years. Absolute is just round the corner from the popular up market Sadler Gate so have a great location but none of the pompousness of some of the other salons in the area.From the moment I stepped into the salon I felt completely at ease - there is a very warm, family atmosphere. I never felt rushed during the cut and Ian completely listened to what I had requested. Better still at only £35 the cut was more than one third of the price I am used to paying in London !! If I lived in Derby I know I'd definitely be a regular.
