Incredibly rude manager/owner Had to call to change appointment as i had developed a severe allergic reaction overnight. No one picked up the phone till 10:30am. Receptionist was kind and polite but the owner took over, started shouting at me in very limited English, was almost impossible to figure out what she was saying at times. Didn't give me a chance to speak at all and just left the line hanging then receptionist answered to say she is the owner so there is nothing she can do. Avoid!

Bought a voucher on Groupon for 30 minutes accupunture and 30 minutes massage. After applying needles, the therapist said that she will come back in 20 minutes. She came after 40 minutes while I tried to call her 5 times. During the 30 minutes massage she left 7 times so it was not 30 minutes and the 'massage' was rubbish. I would never pay for this if it wasn't bought in advance.
