What can I say about Afshan, who I first met over a year ago when she did my treatment as part of a spa day? She is more than a therapist, she is an educator and also just a kind human being. During that 30-minute massage, I learned so much and recognised her passion, knowledge and skills. We stayed in contact and I recently had the sculpt and lift facial, which is better than you can even imagine. I went to classes that evening and the following day with no makeup. I did the sculpt and lift facial. It was by far the best facial experience I’ve ever had. I felt as relaxed as if I’d gotten a full body massage. Afshan is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and helped me understand where I was holding tension in my face and how that translated to tension elsewhere in my body. She also meets you where you are at to suggest small changes you can incorporate to help your overall well being. Not to mention I was still getting compliments on my skin a full day later!
