AIRE Ancient Baths London

We would call ourselves a spa hunters cause everywhere we go we looking for spa's to try. What really stood out for us in AIRE Ancient Baths was the environment and how fragrant it is! Soon as you step in the setting transports you to Roman times literally! We were greeted by a very nice gentleman who checked us in, we waited a few minutes in waiting area and the spa is underground with a low lighting "candle light" the couples massage was amazing! We had complimentary cava and chocolate, plenty of rooms to discover. Absolutely recommend

Aire spa is an absolute must visit if you love baths, peace and calm, and truly luxurious body treatments. This time around I got the flower body scrub with therapist Ioana who as amazing. The historic underground baths are gorgeous, and perfect for going alone or enjoying it with a friend or lover, along with some Prosecco challenge yourself to get in all the cold baths!

Ok, not great, seating not heated in spa, not enough pegs to hang robes without getting mixed, staff greeted me in changing room with oh I’ll get you big robe- made me feel rubbish and as I got dressed stood and gossiped. No showers implemented pre bathing. There are a lot of other places in London with better service, reception greeting was nice

The change rooms (with showers) are on the floor below - stocked with hair dryers, lotions, hair ties, swim suit dryer and basically anything you'd need. The baths are a candle-lit stairwell below that floor. Within the bath area, silence is expected. It was truly relaxing since everyone mutually respected this. It felt so cool to walk through the ancient baths areas, try different temperatures, and sip on the best juice we'd ever had (we wish there was a recipe!). It felt very luxurious to spend our anniversary here and we are already thinking about our next visit here

You can not believe that the Aire Ancient baths open at 8 AM and close at 11 PM. They offer a variety of baths in different sizes and temperatures. I spent a very relaxing two hours there with my loved ones. The pools are decent, and the steam room is quite pleasant. However, it is a bit too dark inside and steel handle is sharp.
