I had my treatment with Alaia Aesthetics for the first time this week, and without a doubt, the customer service was good,and they give advice on the best options that you need. I will always recommend them because they are good .

I chose Aliasa Aesthetic for my post op care as they are nurse lead so I have full confidence in their ability. I felt very safe and the ladies are very knowledgeable. I’ve had 10 Lymphatic Drainage Massages and have now booked a block of wood therapy. I have also had lips filler done at the clinic and I’m very pleased with the results. I have a 2nd surgery coming up and I will again be using Aliasa Aesthetic for my aftercare. I live on the other side of London but it’s worth the 4hr round trip for the service I receive. I would and have recommended Aliasa to anyone looking for the services they provide..

This place deserves-10 stars ! I found this clinic a year ago on Instagram, it seemed professional and very knowledgeable for post op so i thought i was in good hands for my post op journey so I texted Felicia the owner on Instagram and she recommended me to book 10 sessions of lymphatic massages, I ended up booking 11 sessions. First week post op I went to the clinic and as soon as she saw me she provided me a new faja. The thing is she sold me a stage 3 faja not suitable for combined surgery tummy tuck + bbl but I didn’t know because is my first time having surgery so I’m not an expert and I trusted her, after a week of 3 massages which one of them lasted less than 30 min but I paid for 1h my faja was hurting me so much I couldn’t move or anything so I went to a different clinic and they’ve told me this faja isn’t suitable for me because is too tight on my bbl and if I don’t change it asap the fat will die. I was shocked. I went back for my fourth massage to Felicia and when she saw me she asked me if I was okay and I told her I wasn’t happy with the faja she sold me, she started showing me the original website where she got it from and on the page it says stage 2/3 faja!! I needed a stage 1/2!! as soon as she knew she was in the wrong she refused to see me that day and she kicked me out of the shop. She started calling her friends/husband saying there’s a male in the shop harassing me but I barely stand up and I’m not the person to put hands on ppl! After this she “called the police” but she actually didn’t because she knows she can be in real trouble for what she did to me. These people are so nice on social media but in real life they are fake and full of lies! At the end I called my friend to speak to her because she refused to listening to me while waiting for the police and she told him my credit was finished and I booked only 5 massages with them but I have 11 bookings emails confirmation! She says they not paid but I’ve paid! Also she removed 3 drainage, on her website it says 100£ 1 hour but she said to my friend is 100£ is one and because I have 3 is 300£ ! Whatever you saying she twisted as she likes, I lost so much money and stress my post op journey is ruined by these people’s!! Also the products she used to massage is pure baby oil the other clinic I went to used a thick cream with arnica as it should be! The only person I have to thank is “dynam the rumenian girl “ she was good and friendly during my massage but you can’t request one therapist to follow up all ur appointments! Every therapist I saw they asked me what I had done etc not reading the notes on my profile “if they write about ur journey “. Don’t even bring anyone with you because they don’t even let your buddy wait in their waiting room even if post op you need an helper. these people don’t trust their clientele accusing their clients to stealing in the waiting room! She told me she removed my stiches but I’ve found and I had to do it myself look at the video . Update in base of your response:•Never been racist •12/10/24 I came in the shop because I had confirmation email and when I attended Felicia didn’t open the door neither spoke to me and I did nothing to deserve this treat , I’ve never attacked you!. being upset about the services provided and sold me a 160£ isn’t nice . You asked me how I feel and I explained politely, I never became verbally aggressive you raised ur voice when I told you the truth about the faja you sold to me! Throughout one of my appointments one therapist instead focusing on my lymphatic massage she tried to sell me fillers telling me I need my face done “making me feeling ugly”. I’ve tried to find a solution and asked to refund but nothing worked! So I kept going because I didn’t wanna loose 800£ ! Now why are you saying you didn’t remove my stitches and to my friend you said my credit is finished because you removed 300£ in stitches and also you left one in my left wound? (The drainage are attached to the stitches)You see you twisting everything? THIS BUSINESS IS FOR FILLERS NOT FOR POST OP TREATMENTS!!
