They quote one price on various websites to incite you in then make out you need a different style so they can overcharge.... The staff were rude and arrogant.. Particular girl with blonde hair gossiping with colleagues about another girl...very smug girls who stand outside shop smoking to get punters in... Oh ye and my hair omg... Leave this hairdressers and go somewhere else.. Looks like they are trading because of the area....!

Love this salon have been going for a while and always happy. Lovely staff nice and friendly would recommend .

Had many Brazilian blow drys and always been very pleased. Had a brazilian blow dry on 18 Mar2014 and by the time they finished. 3hours later my hair was fried. I rang to ccomplain the next day, wanted a refund, but they said was their policy to try and rectify the problem. I do not trust them to touch my hair again. David the manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. If you buy an iron in a shop and it doesn't do the job, the shopkeeper doesn't say sorry about that but we can offer you a toaster, BEWARE OF GOING TO ALAN LAWRENCE THEY WILL NOT REFUND. THERE IS NO AFTER CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HACE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE AFTER THIS.
