Ali's Barber Shop

I've been coming for a few years and sometimes the haircut is okay and other times it is absolutely atrocious. You have to book with the really decent ones who are virtually impossible to get hold of so you are left with barbers who do not know how to do a fade and leaving you to fix up the mess. Today I went to cut my hair on 27/05/2024 at around 2:00PM. The guy who cut my hair was an okay person and at first I thought the haircut was okay but once I got home and took a closer it was really bad, even my wife who is not a hairstyle expert realised it looked odd. The blend was almost non existent and the shape was not symmetrical let alone tidy. I've given these guys numerous chances and been coming here a lot but everytime some guy or anothee ruins the haircut. Today I have decided I will no longer be cutting my hair there anymore and I will be sure to tell friends and family to avoid this place at all cost. If the owners want to make amends, then they can reach out to me anytime but your barbers need better training because to me it looks like you have settled with mediocrity and that basically sums up the place overall in a nutshell.

Very professional and friendly service, it can get busy at times, but the barbers are quick with the turnarounds. My advice is if you can't wait, book in advance, however booking prices are slightly more than walk in prices. Personally i don't mind paying extra to get an guaranteed time slot.

Good hair cuts, nice customer service along with great conversations. The place is very popular in the area and sometimes there will be quite a few people waiting but as they have 5-6 barbers you might be only waiting for 5-10 minutes! I've been there twice and looks like I'll coming back for the foreseeable future. £9 for the standard hair cut. It's a great deal
