I loved my appointment with Annette. We started with a back, neck and shoulder massage, focusing on my knots and the tension spots I have, and we then moved on to a facial. Annette is great, clearly very knowledgable and professional, and absolutely lovely and kind. She listened to all my concerns and tailored the therapies accordingly. The products she used all smelt amazing and she explained every single step. I loved both therapies, I could clearly see the results of the facial (brighter under eyes, tighter jaw line) and I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Can't wait to be able to go back.
