I had done 2 cranial sacral sessions back in August and September with Amal, and I found it was just what I needed at that time. Amal has such a lovely healing and gentle presence and I felt safe and in good hands. At this time I had felt very out of balance within my body and mind, and I felt that cranialsacral would help me to feel more connected to my body again after hearing many amazing stories about cranialsacral therapy. Amal had also helped me previously with offering me some homeopathic remedies, which helped me to feel better after falling ill at work one day. She had been there at the time and immediatley knew how to help. I had been feeling disconconnected from myself due to experincing some traumatic experiences over the past few years. I felt as though there were blockages within my body and mind that I needed help removing. I almost felt like fate led me to Amal, to help me with this at the time. After my first session I immediatley felt as though a lot of the issues I had been suffering with such as feeling disconnected and anxious all the time started to fade and I felt for the first time in a long time I felt a natural release of pent up trauma within my body, removing blockages I had been trying to remove for months. I did another follow session in September and now the issues I had been experiencing have pretty much disappeared and I am feeling much more balanced, happier and freer in myself.
