Amazon Beauty at The Tanning Shop Kings Cross

From having visited for a brazilian wax a few times, this salon is exactly what you need it to be. It is efficient, functional and good value for money, as well as very conveniently located right by Kings Cross station.It is not in any way luxurious or relaxing, but it gets the job done! There is often loud music playing that you can hear through the walls of the treatment room, which somewhat drowns out the more reasonable radio music playing in the room itself. I went for the brown hot-wax treatment which was good as it didn't require going over the same section again and seems to be good at prolonging the the time until regrowth. The therapists that I have had have been non-chatty and functional, but professional.It might not be the place you choose if you are nervous about a treatment and want some luxury to fall back on, as the decor and surroundings are a little shabby, but it is a good salon and I will keep going back.
