The only positive aspect is the price; it's relatively cheap for Central London. However after visiting, I realised why it's so cheap. The place is quite dingy (although for a quick manicure etc probably not that important). However, the quality is quite poor and the staff rude. The first time I went, I had a quick manicure, which was fine, although chipped after 2 days. The second time, I had to have my nails done at short notice. Both my manicure and pedicure were quite messy and after complaining, the technician merely laughed, which just reflected the poor service.Needless to say, I won't go again
