I went to the salon at the end of October. It was an unplanned visit as i was thinking of a big change to my hair and going from blonde (which i've always been) to a darker brown shade for autumn/ winter. I first spoke to Julie at the reception,who after finding out from me what i was looking to achieve with my hair then advised Peter the stylist, who was very friendly, reassuring and professional. Peter discussed the colour chart with me and then it was time to take the plunge! After around a hour and a half my new style was complete and the colour was an amazing warm red, which complemented my skin tone and made me look totally different! I just wanted to say thanks to everyone as this has completely changed my look, i was not sure the new colour would work out, but i've had loads of compliments, the service i received was great and i'd definately recommend you again.
