Baan Nuad Thai Massage & Spa

Visited today as a friend had bought me a voucher for a gift. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 5, the ladies at reception were very welcoming and friendly and booked me in straight away. I was immediately led to a very cosy, warm and clean room where quiet and relaxing music was playing. I got ready and the therapist arrived a few minutes later and began. I had never had a massage before so was a little nervous but the therapist was very understanding and put me at ease and was keen to know any problem areas. I felt the service was worth it and very professional and I felt relaxed afterwards. I would recommend it and hope to visit again soon. Thank you ladies!

Pammy was incredible. I’ve had a lot of massages and this was by far the best. She really knows what she’s doing and spent time on really stubborn knots. I felt extremely relaxed leaving and couldn’t believe how tense I was! Will definitely be going back because I can already feel the difference and I definitely need a few more sessions. Thank you!

On Sunday I had a couples massage at 7pm with my partner Jay. Both therapist’s were amazing. One has the same name like me, her name is Ann and the other lady is called Bami . I’m loathe to share this with the world in case she gets fully booked and isn’t free for me…but I just had the best massage of my LIFE from the lovely Anne! I’ve been getting massages every two weeks all over the world for 15 years but she cracked me in ways I’ve NEVER been cracked! I came out of there FLOATING, with more mobility in my neck/shoulder than I’ve had in all that time. Her decades of experience are evident. As for the place in general, don’t judge the book by its cover: it’s no frills but all the ladies are excellent…and Anne is the QUEEN!

I’m loathe to share this with the world in case she gets fully booked and isn’t free for me…but I just had the best massage of my LIFE from the lovely Anne! Anyone who does sports would benefit from coming here. The girls are highly skilled and kind. Thanks to Chelsea today, my back feels great after a month of consistent desk work, Training and knots all over :). I know some people here comment that the place isn’t luxurious. The place is amazingly clean and very well maintained. You come here for their skill and to feel better. If you want luxury go mayfair but tbh most luxurious massage areas in London are just for the experience…i’d rather pay for my body’s health and NOT for luxury without proper skilled massage therapists. So I disagree with anyone who comments that the place isn’t good. It’s actually clean and comfortable.
