Bannatyne's Russell Square

This was the dirtiest spa I have ever been to - what an embarrasment taking a friend for a treat! Broken showers and tiles, poor quality therapies by disinterested staff, nowhere to relax, tiny sauna and broken jacoosie - my advice - steer well clear until some of the millions Duncan Bannatyne has he outs into doing this disgusting place up!
