I cut my hair here every 10/12 days and happy with the service. Young guy on the second chair is very good and charges only £10 which is very good price compared to other shops. Other barbers charge £5 which you can’t get anywhere else. So the people who are complaining you should go to the shops that charge £20/30 if you want that kind of service. You want to pay £5 but you want a million pound service.

I recently visited this salon and had a frustrating experience. Despite showing the barber a picture of the haircut I wanted, he started cutting from zero, ignored my request for blending, and finished quickly, saying it was done. It seems they give special attention to Tamil customers, and they put in more effort if tipped extra. But quality service should be a given, regardless of extra payment. The two younger barbers appear inexperienced yet charge high rates. They seem unprofessional and uninterested in customer satisfaction, relying instead on lower prices to attract business. Unfortunately, even roadside barbers do a better job. I won’t be returning and suggest others spend a little more for a professional cut elsewhere.
