Judy was an incredible specialist who did my Brazilian wax. She made me feel very comfortable and was quick, efficient, and supportive through the hardest bits! I would return here again and request Judy specifically. My only complaint would be the baby powder is a bit messy and got on my dark clothes. Take care to make sure it’s all absorbed or wiped off before getting dressed again!

Wow!! Thank you so much, Judy! I got a gel mani and Judy took excellent care of me. She helped me pick a wonderful colour and took her time to shape and paint my nails. They look wonderful and I know they’ll last. Looking forward to coming back for a pedicure.

I had a very nice gel mani and pedi there with Judi for the first time. The shop is very peaceful and quiet comparing to other nail salons on the main high street of West Hampstead which I really appreciated. I really liked Judi, she is kind friendly and attentive and has a very poaitive vibe around her, so did her colleague who was looking after another client.They made me feel comfortable even though both my nails and toes are in terrible condition because I chew them. They were not judgmental at all about their condition and made me feel at ease at once even though I was stressed about presenting them to others. It would be nice if they offered a loyalty card. I will come back again when nails will need to be redone.
