Beauty Box Bristol

When I booked my appointment they booked me into the wrong Salon. When I showed up to my appointment they assured me it was no problem and to just drive to the other salon and they can see me then. When I got there they said I was late and they couldn't see me and it was my fault even thought they printed the wrong address with the wrong phone number. I wish they just told me they couldn't see me when I arrived at the first Salon. I found that to very bad customer service.
