The reception staff and hotel concierge were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was beautifully designed and very picturesque. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and the complimentary glass of fizz. However, the massage treatment rooms were quite small, and my masseuse had to physically lift and adjust the table to reach different areas, to the point where I was concerned it might break. The biggest issue, though, was the massage itself. Despite requesting a relaxing treatment, what we received was far from it—it felt harsh and almost aggressive. By the end, we were convinced the staff were not properly trained. My masseuse was rough, repeatedly yawning throughout the session, and despite the modesty towel, he still glanced at my exposed chest, making me uncomfortable. Meanwhile, my mother’s experience was equally disappointing. Her masseuse didn’t speak to her at all, and she wasn’t even aware the massage had ended until I nudged her—her therapist had simply left the room without a word, leaving her lying there with the towel still covering her eyes. Overall, while the facilities were lovely, I would not recommend the massages or any body treatments to anyone.

I had such a relaxing spa day! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The massage was absolutely amazing - so calming and exactly what I needed. The bubbly was a lovely touch, and having full access to the spa facilities made the whole experience even more enjoyable, I left feeling refreshed and recharged - would definitely recommend!

I recently visited Melody Spa with my friend, and it was such a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Once we started using the facilities, I absolutely loved the quiet atmosphere—it was so peaceful and relaxing. The interior of the spa is stunning, with beautiful decor that adds to the overall serene vibe. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was a bit on the cold side rather than warm, which is understandable as there is no barrier between itself and the pool . However, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Melody Spa for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quality time with friends!
