Beauty Plus and Tanning

Claire was brilliant! I felt so well looked after in her care as her room had a lovely soothing atmosphere and she really did her best to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the treatment. I have never had a scalp massage before and it was amazing, I will definitely be back for another, and she even gave the dry ends of my hair an oil! I also had a great facial treatment and my skin still feels buttery soft a week later!

Did the micro-needling facial and absolutely loved it. Have done several facials at Beauty Plus which were great, but this had an immediate effect! My skin was clear and very soft! Truly recommend! Maggie Peart

Reply — As previously stated this treatment was a gift and not in my name. However it did happen. I will call the store and ask for the manager . Thank you I was gifted a pedicure here and it wasn’t a great experience. The staff were friendly but the person I had to do the treatment was a bit chaotic. Kept knocking things over or hurting me in some small way, apologising for the small errors. However she was rough and cut two of my toes. One of which wouldn’t stop bleeding the whole time I was there. I didn’t realise how bad they were until I looked when I got home. I was unable to wear shoes for a week , they are still not completely healed. She also took paper hand towels and threaded them through my toes instead of using the correct item, therefore when I came out of the dryer the tissue was stuck to the varnish. She then roughly scraped off the varnish and painted over the rough uneven surface. The finished result was obviously very disappointing and it had cost £37.
