If you want to get your hair colored I strongly recommend not going here. They ruined my hair and charged me 350$ for it. I went in wanting red hair with chunks of darker red and yellow highlights themed around a sunrise. I understand it would look different on my curly hair but I straighten it often. I was so excited for my new hair for my vacation in a few days. I had to make an emergency appointment with another salon to get my hair fixed so its at least presentable and they did a much better job especially considering the damage after going here. They offered to "fix" it by bleaching washing my hair and trying to get it to red with out any of the other high lights and complexity of the inspo without any form of money back. I consulted a more experienced stylist and they strongly recommended against bleaching my hair again after the damage they caused. I reached out to them and they were quite rude blaming me for showing multiple inspo photos even though I only showed 2 and she said she couldn't get my hair light enough for the first so I decided on the one shown below. I was willing to pay for her time but it's ridiculous to charge me 350$ for the mess they caused me. They should've been upfront with their abilities and owned up to their mistake by giving me a partial refund. They charge like they give quality results which they definitely don't.

I saw Merewyn for an impulsive, last-minute haircut, I didn’t have an appointment, but she was able to get me in and I’m so glad I went. This is by far the best haircut I have had in the last decade. It’s been almost a week and I still have not Stopped getting compliments on my hair. I have struggled to find a good hairdresser in the past due to my fine curly hair texture and I don’t know what magic she worked, But I know that I will be going back.

I was very briefly in town and decided to get my hair dyed here because of the excellent reviews. Once I got home I realized they missed most of my roots as well as other very obvious brown spots within the blonde near my temples. The blonde is noticeably inconsistent (on top of having missing spots) and the red addition to brown was less noticeable than agreed upon. I contacted the store about a partial refund because I do not live in the area and they offered me a store credit for a haircut. The haircut they offered does not address the mistakes of the dye job. I also live out of state so a store credit is not appropriate for me. Even if I lived in state I would not trust them to fix my hair at this point. I spent $190 to get inconsistent shades of the wrong blonde with the majority of my roots and other random spots missed. As well as the lack of red shade added. I understand colors don’t always turn out perfectly but to have so much of my hair missed during the bleach application process is unprofessional and incredibly unsatisfactory. Random and not as important - They also do not scrub or massage your head while they wash it and they charge extra for styling after the dye job. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else. I am sorry to the stylist, I do not want to hurt your feelings. I just want my money back. Or at least some of my money back. I also want to warn others away from a place that refuses to refund when they do a bad job.
