Just to let you know about my daughters experience of this salon, after enjoying a couple visits for a cut and a colour she descided to have hair extensions! oh dear where do i start. when she returned home i was horified, she had what looked like a lump attachted to the back of her head you could see the weave and the colour didnt match nor was it shaped into her exsisting style. Considering she had paid £150 i thought it was only fair to return to the salon to make a complaint. I rang to inform them i would be in the following day, when we arrived the lady who had done the hair extensions was very defensive resulting in another stylist having to calm the situation down, she was very helpful and made an appointment for us to see the manager the next day. When we arrived we were informed the manager had gone out! which was rather annoying as we had taken time off work to come in! When she returned to the store the lady on reception rolled her eyes as i walked across, to cut a long story short they dont care about their customer service as there is none and from the managers mouth "my staff are more important to me than my customers" so if you wish to go to a nice salon with a friendly atmosphere, with good customer service STAY AWAY! BLACK AND WHITE IS NOT FOR YOU! if you want your hair to look a complete mess and be abused then go ahead at a pricely cost.
