Sold me fake bold hold active lace glue. I paid £22.99 for bold hold active for oily skin and was sold a fake, not very ethical and I am not going to use the fake one because I don’t know what is even is. Very disappointed

I called the shop and asked for a price on some hair clippers. I was told iam not aloud to say the price on the phone. Why not ? Guy hangs up on me.

Exceptional customer service…. as soon as i came into the shop i felt so welcomed and it did not take long until i got offered help!! They have to a wide range of products for all types of hair and i left the shop satisfied!
