After my son had a bad experience with another barber, the owner reached out and graciously offered to fix my son's hair. He was accommodating to my work schedule and I was able to schedule for the following day. This was meaningful as my son had had a rough night and following morning due to his appearance. We went in the next day and the owner was welcoming and friendly. We were nervous that his haircut was beyond repair, but Will did a great job. My son had a great experience and was more talkative than usual (teenagers communicate in grunts) and left with a positive attitude and better self esteem. I'm so thankful that my son had this experience.

Scheduled and prepaid on the website for my son. Despite the website providing available time slots, the stylist was not available. The appointment was rescheduled that day for the next day. The next day wasn't available so it was scheduled for the next day. That day I received a confirmation text for the NEXT day. Checking with my son, the stylist had contacted him to reschedule AGAIN. Took him in, with a reference photo on hand and the cut he received was nothing like the photo. This isn't a matter of him having the wrong hair texture, the stylist looked at the photo briefly and did something different. My son is VERY unhappy with the outcome and those who have a teenager know how important appearance is to them at this age. We will never be returning.

Came in for my first time a couple days ago and saw Ax. Hands done best fade and beard trim I've gotten. The attention to detail is unmatched. Earned a new regular forsure, already booked the next appointment!
