Blink at Fenwick

Still my favourite threading place by a mile! I've tried Malika at Westfield, Glow in Richmond and a whole load of beauty therapists armed with wax or tweezers, but I keep coming back to Fenwicks.The atmosphere is nice enough but fairly basic, in a slightly quiter area of Fenwick's ground floor, and the staff are friendly and listen to requests, although they are not generally chatty.I usually get my brows done, and have also a few eyelash tints before holiday - I definitely recommend the tint, if only because they give you an awesome head and arm massage while you wait for the colour. Their shaping is great, and I find that unlike most places, their threading doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin, which is great. The only slightly downsides for me are that £17 is still a lot to pay for eyebrows, and that it can be difficult to request particular staff members - I've never had anyone particularly terrible, but some of the staff are especially great. That aside, this branch and the one at Heathrow (staffed by a grumpy but brilliant threader) remain the only places I trust before a big party or event!
