This was my first time visiting a hair salon in 6 years, and I’m so so pleased that I chose this one. My hair has literally never looked healthier! My hair was very long and damaged, and I’ve been slightly anxious about getting it cut. Stevie was absolutely wonderful and from the initial consultation she put me completely at ease. She listened to what I wanted and helped to shape some ideas that would look lovely and return my hair to its former glory! I have curly/wavy hair naturally but wasn’t sure about a curly cut (thought it might be too choppy for styling straight as I often do). She ensured that my haircut would complement both my natural hair and any straight-er style options I often do at home. My hair is now beautifully soft and healthy looking and she styled it exactly how I’d envisioned, I’m so pleased with the outcome. The whole service was fantastic, everyone in the salon was very nice, offering a beverage on arrival. I’d totally recommend Blue Tit to anyone nervous about trying a new style or just wanting their usual service. It’s slightly more expensive than other places, but it’s completely worth it as these guys are professionals and you’re in very safe hands! Plus you’re supporting a business that is truly ethical and sustainable in all aspects of their work. Thank you - I’ll definitely be back

I recently had my haircut by Michael and had the best experience at the salon. I usually just get a trim because I don't trust anyone to cut my curly hair properly, but I wanted layers and am so happy with how it looks! We had a consultation and he really took his time to understand what I wanted, told me the difficulties with layers and the different curl patterns in my hair, but we worked around it and still managed to get exactly what I wanted. He was super lovely and welcoming and gave me lots of advice on how to style/what products to use. Already booked in to go back, definitely recommend this salon and Michael especially!!!
