  I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received from this company. After buying a deal for me and my boyfriend on living social I called to to book us in - only to be told they sold over 100 in 24 hours and there will be a long wait, I gave the lady my number and was assured she will call me back within 1 week. 1 month later and still no call, so I called back just to get another rude lady on the phone telling me if I want to have a massage at the same time as my boyfriend we would have to come on a Saturday and it will be another long wait - no apologies that I never got that call back. So she books me in for a Saturday 2 months later and assures me me and my boyfriend will be seen at the same time. So we are happily looking forward to our massage, but could not remember the time it was booked for - so I called up and spoke to the rudest lady I have ever heard in a reception....This lady said we were NOT even booked in! Well I was booked but not my boyfriend because one of the therapist is on holiday!!! I tried to explain that I was promised this was confirmed only to be told "I think u should call back when your not shouting" I was not and would never shout but this lady just has attitude! She said I was never booked in for 2 people! She advised me to get a refund! What a joke! P. S. I am a very polite conscientious nice young lady and was even slightly rude or shout to her once. This company is a joke and u advise anyone not to bother cos if the service is this bad before we even get there then I dred to think what the service is like in side!
