I was recommended Body Alliance by a friend after I strained my lower back and had a sciatic nerve issue running down one leg. Suffice to say, I limped into Body Alliance and, after treatment (by Tania) walked out, and walked miles that day in London. I had a long haul flight back to Brazil, so had another session just before my flight, and subsequently had no discomfort for the flight. My back feels fine now! I could't be happier with my treatment!

I came to Body Alliance for treatment of a sports injury and subsequently have seen Tania for a range of worsening joint issues (related to an inherited condition). I find Tania to be a knowledgeable and compassionate physio who brings her extensive experience from NHS and private care into her practice. As a dancer who wanted to continue to stay active and work with and around my injury, I felt Tania was very attuned to my needs and always encouraging. I really appreciate how hands on she is and found the acupuncture work really effective in providing release and pain relief.

Great value for the quality of service they give. I’ve been multiple times for chronic and acute issues with my neck, back, shoulders, and hands, and they’ve been brilliant every time: professional but friendly, knowledgeable, supportive.
