Boise Therapeutic Massage Center

I am so impressed every time I visit Boise Therapeutic Massage. I live in Arizona and visit daughters here so it is only occasionally but each time has been a five star experience. Most recent with Michelle, asked her to concentrate on neck and shoulders, the lymphatic massage was so valuable to my sinus/allergy situation, I can’t believe the difference it made. If you have any issues, I suggest a 90 minute session to give them time for the best results. Cannot recommend highly enough. (I have been getting regular massages for the last 15 years, I know good work.)

Jessica is truly exceptional. I've never experienced a better massage. I started seeing her weekly to help with chronic pain, and the improvement has been incredible. I also went to her during pregnancy for lower back pain, and she knew exactly how to help, so knowledgeable and intuitive. She genuinely cares about her clients' well-being and healing. I'm so grateful to have found her!

I’ve been going to Boise Therapeutic for about 10 years. I’ve always had wonderful therapists who do a great job. Unfortunately I just had a bad experience and won’t be back. After driving across town, I checked in at the front desk. After waiting for 10 minutes, the front desk gal asked me what my name was, even though I said it when I checked in. She then told me that the therapist had called in sick and that I could come back later or the next day. She also said that they didn’t have my phone number so they couldn’t have called me to save me the trip across town/waiting in the lobby. I find it hard to believe that they didn’t have my number given I have been a patient here for many years. I even have statements from them that contain my phone number. I totally understand mistakes, but after this, I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation or anything that would lessen the inconvenience of the situation. It was just, “Eh, you can come back later.” Massages aren’t inexpensive, so I can’t justify coming back to this establishment - not when there are other options out there. It’s a bummer because I previously had good experiences here. If I’d been offered even a little discount for the trouble, or any kind of offer to lessen the sting, I would have continued as a patient.
