his was probably the worst hair cut I have had in my entire life and ruined the hair I have spent 2 years trying to grow back after being ill. 1. The salon sinks had no hot water (it's autumn) 2. They didn't condition properly and tugged a comb through causing me pain and breaking my hair 3. I had hair down to my shoulder blades and walked out with a CHIN LENGTH BOB after coming in for a trim. The hairdresser was clearly not trained and was not properly supervised by the salon owner (the man). The cut was far too short, very wonky and with truly awful layers. The salon owner eventually tried to cover things up and help her. I was in tears when I left and when I got home I looked at the back to find jagged bits of hair poking out from the bob about an inch longer than the rest of it. In the end (it was the evening and I fly abroad for business tomorrow) I went to a barbers down the road that was still open who at least evened up the length. Overall it is terrible.
