Following a suspected running ITB and hip issue, I researched sports massages in West London, found Karl and feel like I’ve struck gold. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, has a super-convenient service and, crucially, brilliant in ironing out marathon muscle strains and fatigue injuries! He got me ready for the Berlin Marathon, where I managed to do a better time - post-injury and all. Karl is excellent! Highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Chiswick Sports Massage! Karl has an incredible ability to find and relieve tension in the muscles. What started as a one-off session quickly turned into a regular part of my routine to help ease the tightness from training. His technique is spot-on, and each session leaves me feeling noticeably better. If you're serious about recovery, Karl is the go-to!
