I had a fantastic experience getting my tattoo removed with Kate and Kelly. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from the first consultation. They took the time to thoroughly explain the removal process, setting realistic expectations about the timeline - especially important since my tattoo included white ink, which can be trickier to remove. The treatment for my 10cm tattoo took 10 sessions (around 2 years), which was exactly in line with what they had projected. Their pricing was very fair, particularly given their expertise and the quality of care they provided throughout the entire process.
