I’m an existing client, fortunately I don’t need to go regularly ! I usually go to Nicki Moss, but she was away. I was a bit nervous going to someone new, but I needn’t have been. I saw Tom Stewart - very pleased with my treatment He was meticulous in that he wanted to rule out anything major - slipped disc or neurological type injury giving me a series of movements to check. My back is a lot better. At the end he gave me a series of yoga poses to do - which I’m familiar with. Don’t think I’ll need a further appointment.

I started seeing Debbie Wright after being diagnosed with (very painful) sciatica. She has really helped me manage the pain and relax. Every time I have a flare up, Debbie is always able to perform an excellent full body massage and it really helps the pain go away. I have seen other massage therapists in the past but Debbie is the best one - very professional, kind, accomodating and the massage itself is incredible. I first saw Lyndsay Mudford back in 2017 for shoulder and neck pain. Fast forward six years and I have just seen her again for a pinched nerve resulting in pins needles. To say she has worked wonders both times would be a massive understatement. Friendly, personable as well as highly professional, she got a thorough background of my ailments and administered treatment accordingly. Came out after the session feeling so much better. Amazing! Cannot recommend her enough.
