I went back to have my hair coloured for the 2nd time having been really happy with my previous half a head of highlights. I saw a different stylist the 2nd time around, asked for the same thing again. I came away with only half the amount of colour put in ( it took 25 minutes and opposed to the 45 mins previous), she started 2 inches above my ears (half a head starts on your ears)and I had " banding" - where you can still see a dark line and where she hadnt cover the roots from the previous colour.I complained saying that I didnt have the same result as last time and they offered to correct it saying " well everyone does it differently, you had more than half a head last time" , I said that isnt wasnt my fault that the stylist before did more than what I asked for and more than what they deemed as "half a head", this was met with " oh we can put in a few more, I dont mind trying to sort it out for you" WHAT? just blantent ignorance. I said that I didnt want someone to try and correct it, just my money back for the colour - they said because I wouldnt give them chance to correct it, they couldnt offer me my money back. I will not be going back!
