I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. This was my second visit. I wasn’t thrilled the first time—despite the glowing reviews—but decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this confirmed it wasn’t just a one-off. I didn’t get the barber I booked with, and the cut I received was one of the worst I’ve had. I showed a clear reference photo and explained what I wanted, but the result was completely off: the top was uneven and messy, and the back of my neck was nearly cut. It didn’t seem like there was any attempt to match the reference photo. When I pointed out the flaws and asked for a retouch, the barber pushed back, saying the photo looked even longer—then gave a few quick passes to tidy it up. This kind of barber swapping seems to be common here. On my first visit, I booked with Sam but got Sebastian. This time, I booked with Dastan and got Fadi—while Dastan remained at the counter. He did ask if I was okay with someone else, but it didn’t really feel like declining was an option, so I agreed. Fadi barely communicated, glanced at the photo, and started with clippers right away. The cut felt rushed and rough; at one point, the clippers nearly cut my neck, but there was no apology. The shampoo felt like an afterthought—just a quick rinse—and my hair wasn’t properly dried afterward. I planned to leave quietly, but when I saw the back of my head, I pointed out some flaws and asked for a fix. That was done with minimal effort. Overall, just a careless, rushed experience. Poor communication, inconsistent handling of bookings, and little attention to the requested style.

Our whole family has come here and had a great experience. My sons got the men’s long haircut from Sebastian since they have longer curly hair. I got a keratin from Fatima, and it was fantastic. She did a great job and was very kind. Everyone at the salon is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
