I highly recommend the service dietcare provides and Katie is excellent. I have pcos which makes it near impossible to lose weight and it is very stressful dealing with the symptoms. with the care and support I received from dietcare, I feel I am a happier and more positive person. I have lost a lot of weight in the last few months, with the sensible eating plan offered, which offers very safe and effective weight loss with a tailor made plan for you - but also the support you receive from Katie on a weekly basis. This is the most crucial part of the service which dietcare offers and provides a great incentive to carry on and help ease your symptoms and lose weight.
