The way how they treat the patients is unacceptable. I had an appointment twice. For the first one they were late about 1,5h ( supposedly were stuck in traffic). They didn't even call me that something is going wrong and they be late. They didn't know who I am and why calling them, when "clinic" was closed. They forgot about my appointment!!! Finally arrived and all they said was "Sorry, traffic." I spent there about £200. After 4 weeks called there again to make a second appointment. Came at prearranged meeting and again the same story - "clinic" was closed, so rang them and again... The guy didn't know who I am and forgot about meeting, and they stuck in traffic. (again?! ) On doors has been written, that clinic is open at 11 am. I was there at 1pm and was closed! So I asked how long is going to take, I could wait and I have been told, that is better to change the date! I passed all London to get there, spent an hour in train and what?! They offered me another day .... Ridiculous!!!

Nice one, I was loosing my hair ,after 2 treatments it stopped and new hair started to grow. Recommend to everybody
