I had a double chin procedure with Dr. Kay at his Chiswick clinic, and it has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with a medical professional. Despite spending thousands, the results were underwhelming from the start.\r\n\r\nImmediately after the procedure, I pointed out that there was still visible fat under my chin. Dr. Kay told me to “just wait” that the full results would show in about six months. Well, six months have now passed, and not only has there been no improvement, but the area actually looks worse than it did before the procedure. I feel like I’ve wasted both time and money.\r\n\r\nTo make matters worse, he strongly pressured me to leave a 5-star review right after the procedure. He kept repeating how experienced and highly rated he is, which felt like a tactic to boost his online image rather than address my concerns as a patient.\r\n\r\nWhen I expressed my dissatisfaction, he immediately recommended more treatments like skin boosters and fillers implying that these would help improve the results. It came across as an attempt to sell more procedures rather than take responsibility for the original outcome.\r\n\r\nAs a qualified medical professional myself, I found this behaviour unprofessional, disingenuous, and deeply concerning. I now have to undergo corrective surgery elsewhere and spend even more money to fix the unsatisfactory results.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI feel misled, frustrated, and let down. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Don’t be swayed by charm or manipulated by polished online reviews find a doctor who puts patient safety and ethics before profit and money.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I feel assured that I am in good hands and that all provided treatments are given with the highest standard possible. Dr Kay is an expert in his field and really takes the time to explain. His knowledge is on point and so are his treatments. I can highly recommend the clinic, Dr Kay and the staff to anyone looking for aesthetic enhancements.
