I booked my appointment online, for a cut and colour. When I arrived I was told that they didn't like people booking online and they all had a good moan about it. I didn't get my hair coloured in the end because the stylist said she didn't have enough time to do it! They blamed the website for misleading times etc She did do a good job of cutting my hair. Personally I wouldn't go back again, as I was made to feel uncomfortable about booking on line!

Nice staff poor hairdressing!! I think the juniors are being let loose without much instruction, my hair is terrible never had such a horrid colour or bad cut. DONT GO THERE!!!!

technical knowledge and expertise is second to none

and a plush salon right in the centre of town. People come from all over the country to get their hair done here and there is good reason for them to do that because the technical knowledge and expertise is second to none. The staff are modest about it too which is really sweet. The service is also excellent. There is some connection with Aveda in London. They are an Aveda salon anyway but I think some of the senior staff also work on Aveda’s art team. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Great staff

Great staff with good skills. main salon is very stylish however, back room (mixing colours etc) and tiolets facilities are very poor. Staff also smoke and come back in smelling of cigarette smoke, not nice!
