I’m so upset. I have been growing my hair for many years and it’s now ruined. I asked for my hair to look like the last picture and the hair dresser did what she wanted anyway. She was pulling my hair and breaking it when it was slightly tangled, while she was brushing to blow dry. This job cost £200 on top of the first £350 which she charged for full head highlights. I am very upset.

Edit: My previous review was a year ago, and I now need to give a new review as everything has changed! I just went here this week and everything in the salon was different. The hairdresser gave me really bad haircut. I have never had such an ugly fringe before, even when cutting it myself at home. So disappointed and now have to live with it for weeks till it grows back. [Prev. Review- A good small hair salon. I loveee their decor, the photos can’t do justice for it! The hairdresser was lovely and gave me a really nice cut. Glad I found this place.]
