The salon is disrespectful to people of colour, I am a black woman and have been coming here for almost two years now and it’s only recently that they have started to disrespect my time. Since the start of this year even when I book an appointment my time is not respected and they nail technicians will choose other clients that are not if colour to prioritise them first even though I was there first and booked an appointment. It’s like the fact that I booked an appointment has no relevance. I booked an appointment for 4:30 today and arrived on time but my nails weren’t touched till 5:15 …… this is unacceptable there is reason why I booked an appointment for a specific time so I would not have to wait.
