An amazing experience from the start! Not only did Kyle get me in on short notice, he was very personable. Kyle showed great care by asking questions about what was causing me so much pain and was able to drastically help me. Kyle showed me some stretches to do at home and recommended other avenues I could pursue for further pain relief. I felt extremely relieved leaving his office. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone that wants to feel relief from chronic pain!

I made an appointment at Elementum Massage after speaking with Kyle, and while I believed he said 10:30am, he thought I had said 10:00am. I arrived at 10:27am, fully under the impression that I was on time for a 10:30 appointment. I was immediately informed by the woman at the front desk—whose name I later learned is Kodi—that I was “almost 30 minutes late.” While I tried to explain that there had clearly been a miscommunication, Kodi continued to be dismissive and rude, treating me as though I had intentionally shown up late. I was genuinely shocked by her tone and attitude, especially in a space that’s meant to promote healing and wellness. Despite the uncomfortable interaction, I proceeded to schedule another appointment, but ended up calling my husband shortly after because I was so upset. He went in to speak with Kodi directly. Kyle was kind and professional throughout, which I appreciated, but it’s disappointing that someone like Kodi represents the front of the business. When the bill and tip were already taken care of, a little compassion and grace would have gone a long way. We had a couples massage already paid for as a gift, but after this experience, we ultimately decided to cancel it. Sadly, I won’t be recommending Elementum Massage to others, which is unfortunate for Kyle and KJ—both of whom seemed wonderful. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

Kyle does such an awesome job with massage therapy! He is kind, professional, and accommodated to my comfort level. He also seems quite knowledgeable of the human body and has a way of relaxing tight muscles in a pain-free process. 10/10
