Emma couldn’t get the style I wanted for my hair but she kindly directed me to another salon. When I got to the other salon, they pointed out the my hair was cut. While I was at Emma’s salon (her colleague) had to remove the incorrect twists. SHE CUT MY REAL HAIR AS SHE WAS CUTTING THE TWIST. I did mention it to her while I was sitting but her and Emma both responded “she won’t cut your hair”. I was right. The customer know the length of their hair. Not only that, but Emma colleague will talk about you and make it obvious. She ruined my experience at Emma salon. Am so disappointed with my real hair being uneven now. Worst experience I have ever got.
