I had Sonja as my stylist. I came in just for a simple trim, like two inches. The layers and the cut looked pretty good which was surprising because I don’t think she looked at me at all the whole time. Everytime I spoke she cut me off. She was chatting with her coworker the whole time. Which is fine. Except when I’m telling you what I want and don’t want. She got water all over me during the wash so she clearly wasn’t paying attention or just didn’t care. She was sloppy and fast and just so unprofessional. The worst part: the first thing I said was I DO NOT want my hair thinned as my mom made me do that as a kid and it took YEARS to make my hair full again. At the end of my cut, which I was pretty happy with actually. SHE THINNED MY HAIR. I CRIED. I was so upset, then my hair looked so flat, it completely destroyed my hair texture, and it will take more YEARS to grow back to normal. I was so stunned I couldn’t even speak. I was holding back tears. I shouldn’t have even paid but I did and left and will never be back. Please pay a little bit of attention to your clients. At least so they can walk out satisfied and feeling beautiful. P.S. this shit also cost me $80 and I’m a broke college student

I absolutely love this place! All the of the stylists are extremely talented and friendly. I got a cut recently and my stylist Lauren did a fantastic job. She really took the time to have a conversation and understand what my vision for my hair was. She also showed me products and techniques for styling my curly hair. I’m seriously obsessed with how it came out. I will definitely come here for all future cuts and highly recommend it!

Lauren took care of me very well. I’m a male who had very long hair and she trimmed it down to where I wanted and like it. Kept length for me and I really appreciate the cut.
