NOT A SALON I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! - RUDE STAFF!!!!I had a voucher to get my hair coloured and cut, after going through the consultation process, this included having a patch colour test and agreeing what i wanted done. When booking a follow-up appointment to actually get my hair done I was told the voucher did not include bleaching of the hair to get highlights put in as agreed in the consultation (as i have dark hair). So i agreed to pay the extra until i found out the extra was £50!!!! just to get parts of my hair bleached!!!As a result I decided i would not be getting my hair done afterall, unfortunately the staff became very rude and argumentative, they were shouting and swearing furthermore they would not listen to anything i was saying. The empty salon should have indicated that is it not a salon to get your hair done at!!!!
