I prepaid for 6 microdermabrasion facials at this salon. From start to finish dealing with this salon has been a nightmare.1. It took 2 months to get an appointment at a time that was even somewhat convenient to me2. The treatment was average at best, it was rushed and overpriced. I have received a better facial at my local beauty college. The therapist told me I had a skin condition and tried to convince me to buy expensive (and overpriced) skincare products from their salon. The facial lasted maybe 15 minutes and the therapist practically threw me out of the treatment room because she had another client waiting.3. The manager was appalling! He was very rude and argumentative to me and another customer. He told us that he "didn't care" if we were able to receive all the treatments that WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR by the time our vouchers expired. He accused us of being unreasonable by wanting to book an appointment at a time that was convenient to us.AVOID this salon! Save your money and go elsewhere.
