I've been coming to Ethos for a while now, and I can confidently say I've never had a dull experience. This salon opens the door to an incredible, welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff that truly elevate the entire experience. Every time I walk in, I feel like a VIP guest rather than just another appointment. And can we just mention the interior?! The interior everything a girl can dream of when she walks into a salon, so bright and welcoming. Going to Talle has never been a dull experience! She’s incredibly attentive, taking the time to really listen to my preferences and offering honest suggestions that perfectly suit my style. Her ability to create a comfortable environment throughout the entire process is unmatched. With her blend of professionalism and a friendly approach, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and fabulous. She definitely hits the nail on the head every time, making me feel like the best version of myself. Ethos is truly a gem, and I 11/10 recommend

Elly is phenomenal! I love her warmth and intentionality; I always feel like I’m spending time with a friend when she does my hair. I’ve gone to her twice now in the year we’ve lived here, and she CRUSHES it every time! I’ve never walked away feeling like anything needed adjusting! I highly recommend Elly, not only because of her loving and generous spirit, but also because she’s incredibly gifted in her work and invested in doing a great job each time! Ethos, as a whole, has such a light and inviting ambiance. The staff are always welcoming and respectful. Grateful to have found Elly !! Can’t wait for our appointment next week!

I found Ethos just as they were opening shortly after I moved to Billings and was desperately looking for a stylist. I was so nervous coming from close friends/friends of friends who knew my hair to looking for someone brand new to “trust”. My hair texture is pretty unique and I have experienced too many bad cuts that left me miserable. My first appointment at ethos was exactly what I was looking for, a warm welcoming modern salon with incredible stylists who were continuing their pursuit of modern color/cut/styles with lots of experience. Elly and I bonded quickly and she did an amazing job and has every time I’m in her chair! Kaitlin has built an incredible business and team of awesome stylists. Couldn’t recommend more!
