I had my long naturally curly thick hair relaxed at this salon, they never carried out a strand test as advertised on the web site and mentioned when I booked appt, before I knew it my hair was being covered and my scalp began to burn. I was left with chemical burns on my next and scalp, my hair looked like it had been set on fire! They just said condition it, I did deep conditioning treatments but it was pointless the hair was burnt, it was breaking off, I had scabs on my scalp and the hair was matting. I had to go to a reputable hairdressers and have a short layered hair cut to just cut the worst of it out. My hair has no shine and still feels like wire wool. What a costly mistake. I wish I had trusted my instincts and walked out when there was no mention of a strand test.
