Very unprofessional. No customer service towards her client. Eva the owner is so unprofessional. Turned up late for appointment and she got very angry, Would not recommend this salon. very rough area.

Was nervous about getting a Hollywood done here, it was so quick and relatively pain free.. literally took 15 mins max!! Also had a full body massage which was divine and haircut which was also great esp for the price. EXCELLENT PLACE! Top marks

Very unprofessional gave an appoinment and when I turn up just refused saying busy with another client... I waited for 20 mins and then EVA the owner said "oh really sorry but cant make it now as I am with another client and completely forgotten about her and gave you the appoinment"

Very proffesional yet friendly staff. Had a Hollywood and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and quick it was. Pain wasn't too bad either as staff were chatty and made me feel at ease. Would definately recommend a wax there. Heard their massages are great too. Prices very low, paid around £20 for hollywood wax.
